Please note that a fixed amount of 10,000 Rubies will be distributed for new accounts that have logged into the game for the first time after October 27th 00:00 (UTC+0). Besides the Ruby Recharge Event, we are planning to distribute different kinds of rewards through a new Login Event, so don’t miss it out!

so this is a nerfed version of the original ruby recharge event that gave 50k rubies depending on if you spent at least 50k or more in the LIFETIME of your account. cool, glad to know things are only getting shitter with time!
