  1. Known issue #1: Physical Bias. ¥€$PA headquarters are heavily biased towards physical teams. Evidence: WB3 Xanadus extreme physical amp, hero balancing good for physical heroes and newly released physical heroes kit.

Known issue #2: Balance priorities all over the place. ¥€$PA buff already good physical charatcer (Selene/Chase) instead of fixing their meme November balance patch.

Known issue #3: Game optimisation still bad since 2018.

  2. Known issue #4: VESPA not testing their heroes and new content before release onto live servers. Instead using players to test and find bugs ever since the start of the game. Evidence: LOH arena insignia bug, endless waves of broken heroes, no-nerf policy created to justify broken heroes existence.

Known issue #5: Poor communication. Evidence: Killed off “Letters to Developers”, Yearly Development Plans “Developer Talk” and endless apologies trying to salvage your already strained relationship with the community when you broke your promise for the 1000th time.

  3. You say “also we’d like to apologize for our lack of communication” in your developer note, but you still fail to respond or acknowledge the comments and forum threads… what’s the use in repeating this same statement over and over when there is no action taken?
