    1. Well I think there will be no fix for it and they want players to move on and they won’t give it to players will I assume this what will happen

      1. Check your email maybe on promotion or spam section, they already sent the pre-reg mail 2 days ago

      2. @check your mail , bro do you even understand the problem, the problem is people already claimed the coupon but the reward got stuck on mail when server is on infinite loading, and after infinite loading fixed the reward on mail is gone

  2. How about the Pre Reg reward?
    Kindly appreciate all the works to make the game even better.. but doesn’t it sounds unfair?
    If you had cancelled or postponed the reward in the first place knowing that the server has lot of issues so all the raiders will not get the rewards it’s still understandable. But if some raiders got bugged because of the server errors and for some raiders who redeemed the coupon after the server lag issue got their rewards instead…
    That’s just not cool… Not a right way to make it better. You should’ve been aware of this issue. And please once again it’s happening because of the error from the server. It’s best for you to take a serious measure regarding this issue.

  3. I’m still having crashes and cant move on in the Chapter X, so sad the story is at the intense part too. :(😓): Maybe this game only support for android and not ios then

  5. Game is saying I need to download the update from the Google play store. But in the store there is no update so the game just closes everytime.

  6. Dear Vespa, why you always found a way to dissapoint your own player. Making them hype with all the rewards, final story, kr2 development talk. Then you literally cancel your own regained reputation with bugs, error and crashes.

    Preregister reward gone, final story chapter crashes, and you still think that we will trust your so-called big “next step” named kr2 being better ?

    You’re so full of yourself. Go ahead spoil em with more freebies, that doesn’t change the fact that your service as a game dev is far from good.

    I always hope you get better, i do. But everytime i come back to the game because of big event, there’s always some shit happens (remember 500k rubies incident ? 12 hours mt after). Resulting most of my friend, and eventually myself, uninstall the game after we troubled with all the bugs/error/crashes that ruin our expectation.

  7. I am trusting that Vespa will do something about those that didn’t get the pre-register reward.

    Its not the player’s fault they entered it when the server was laggy. Its just fair for Vespa to give back to those that supported them.

    I trust Vespa will do the right thing.

      The problem is occured when you entered the code you received in your email successfully redeemed but nothing comes to your in-game mailbox.
