[Developer’s Note] Developer’s Note – December 2021 (Part 3)

Greetings everyone,

This is PD Jin from KING’s RAID.

Today, we will be replying back to the complaints and the feedback our players have been sending us continuously through different communication channels. Also, we will be providing more details regarding the feedback we have received through the Developer’s Note we have posted on December 16th.

1. Improvements to Guild Conquest Velkazar Lagging/Crashing Issues

First of all, we’d like to apologize for not being able to fix this issue for a long period of time.

We will be working harder to fix the inconveniences of our players. We are planning to adjust excessive rendering and battle logics of the game. If possible, we would like to fix the issue accurately at once, however, we will be making improvements to this issue continuously and we will try to communicate about the fixes throughout time.

Firstly, we will be working on the updates quickly as we have encountered a technical issue during the optimization process of our game. Last June, we have worked on the updates to nullify the battles when crashing issues occurred during the Guild Conquest content. However, we are aware that the content still needs additional updates. We will also be working to fix similar inconveniences as soon as possible.

Furthermore, we will make sure to make improvements to the lagging/crashing issues, not only for the Guild Conquest content, but for the overall contents.

The Guild Conquest has been a content that has been added long ago, and there were no big updates besides the rewards. Based on our experiences and knowledge, we are planning to update a new Guild Conquest content with better improvements, and most importantly, fun. We will be revealing more information regarding the content as soon as we have detailed plans for it.

2. Unequal Hero Costume Updates

We are aware that we have many Heroes that we haven’t been updating their Costumes for a long time. We are also aware that our players have been pointing us about this continuously.

As we proceed with the overall balance adjustments of our Heroes, there will be balance adjustments for Heroes that are not used that much compared to the popular Heroes. If we encounter a Hero that has not received a Costume update for a long time, we will make sure to release a new Costume along with the balance adjustments of the Hero.

Additionally, we will be considering about releasing Legend Costumes for unpopular Heroes with less attractive appearances.

3. Hero Balance Adjustments

As we have announced through our previous Developer’s Note, we will not release OP Heroes anymore from now on. We have got to the conclusion that continuous updates of OP Heroes are destroying the current battle system of the game. As a result, we are aiming to implement a system in which all Heroes can be used with similar performances. There will be Heroes that may outstand depending on the content, but there will be no Heroes that will outstand in all contents.

According to what we mentioned above, we are planning to make the proper balance adjustments to the Heroes. At the moment, only a few Heroes are being used in the PvE contents. First of all, we will be implementing improvements that can allow players use different dealers within the contents and we will also be improving the roles for each of the classes. As a result, we are aiming for the improvements of the overall balance of the Heroes. Additionally, we will be improving the Heroes to make them usable widely in the arena content.

To make the right improvements to the game, we will not be improving each of the Heroes, but instead we will fix the balance by fixing the battle system. If we really need to nerf the Heroes, that will be used as one of our last methods. We will make sure to provide more details about the fixes of the battle system through our next Developer’s Note.

4. Concerns regarding the Security & Creation of Multiple Accounts within the Auction House System

We’ve been checking the concerns of our players regarding the new Auction House system.

We will make sure to build a system that will keep away all security concerns from our players. Technology is continuously advancing, and different systems are being developed. There may be ways such as implementing device authentication or creating an exclusive KING’s RAID OTP. Other than the methods we have mentioned, we will be doing our best to provide the best solutions. We will also make to build up a stable system that will not bring up concerns regarding the creation of multiple accounts.

One of the biggest concerns from our players have been the issues with abusive bots. These bots cannot be stopped or blocked perfectly. However, we will be implementing various control systems that will help us prevent these from abusing the game. Currently, different games are using a wide variety of control systems that help them stop these from taking over the game. We will be looking to adapt some of the useful systems, and we will continue to look for our own solution.

The situation in which the seller may break down the game’s currency value or the economic system is one of the issues that may occur within the Auction House system. In order to deal with this issue, we will be adding more limits to the seller, and on the other hand, there won’t be any big limitations for the buyers.

5. Power of the 12 Constellations

Until now, a stronger Gear system and OP Heroes have been added.

As stronger Gear and Heroes were introduced to KING’s RAID, we believe that these factors have been destroying the enjoyment and the consistency of the game. From now on, we’re not planning to take this road anymore.

The Power of the 12 Constellations, a system which will be introduced through Season 2, will have a different usage than the system of the Soul Weapons from Season 1. During Season 2, Soul Weapons will be stronger and effective in some of the contents, and at the same time, the Power of the 12 Constellations will be stronger in other contents.

This doesn’t mean that the Power of the 12 Constellations will be weaker than Soul Weapons. We are aiming to bring the balance between these 2 systems. As we have mentioned several times, we are not aiming for numerical strength, but diversity among the contents.

6. Limited Sale for Costumes & Customization Parts

Looking at the individual sales for each of the Costumes & Customization Parts (we will be mentioning both as Costumes), the sales weren’t high enough compared to the total number of players in KING’s RAID. The reason may be due to the design of the Costumes, however, we think that these low sales have a deep connection with the Heroes that are owned by the players. The number of limited Costumes we intend to supply will be around the similar number of our current sales of Costumes or slightly higher. Thus, we believe that we will be providing a sufficient supply of Costumes for our players. We will be changing the total number of Costumes little by little depending on the number of purchases we receive.

Instead of providing Costumes that can be purchased at any period of time, we are hoping to create the value of preciousness for those who have purchased the Costumes. However, that doesn’t mean we will be selling them through a RNG Costume system (gacha). As always, the Costumes will be sold through the Shop.

Costumes will have a trading value through the Auction House System. Like in reality, we sell old clothes we don’t use anymore through the garage sale. Similarly, old Costumes will be available for sale through trading. If the number of Costumes is not limited, the price of the Costumes sold in the Auction House system will always be shown at a lower cost. However, Costumes that are sold in limited numbers have the value of rareness, which will allow the Costumes to maintain their value during the trading process. We also believe that we will be able to prevent issues such as hoarding as similar Costumes cannot be owned more than once.

7. 2~4 Star Heroes Appearances from Season 1 (Will the 2~4 Star Hero Appearances from Season 1 remain undeleted from KING’s RAID?)

Yes, they won’t be deleted from the game. Heroes with 2 ~ 4 Star appearances from Season will not be deleted and they will remain as Costumes within the game.

Conclusion

This Developer’s Note has become a quite long one. We do want to listen to your suggestions and feedback continuously. We hope to listen more about our players through our community channels, and our latest Discord channel we have opened not long ago.

    For the love of Lua, I hope this does not justify to genderbend more heroes. What the heck. Lucikiel becoming boobakiel is going outside his lore. It was stated in-game that Ezekiel’s father is Lucikiel but then you guys come up with that genderbending idea. Personally, I find the design of Jane and Maria’s legendary costume is much better than Lucikiel’s. Both Maria and Jane’s costume are closely related to their lore as well.

    Of course the sales have a deep connection with the Heroes that players owned. Who the heck use Maria nowadays aside from old players? I think the fault lies in your decision to release the oh-so-OP heroes. Jane, on the other hand, may still be used in some raids (although, imagine using Jane in 2021 outside of TM and a few Challenge Raids, duh.)

    You just realise it now? Overall game stability can’t be compromised especially if the players are going competitive. This does not mean you guys can use it as justification for releasing less and less contents, by the way.

    1. WTF are you talking about? Jane is used EVERYWHERE where you need a magical tank – WB1, WB3 with magic team, Guild Raid, Guild Conquest, adventure if you use magic team. She is even good in arena because she has 2 lives. You probably aren’t playing the same game as me. Maybe you’re playing a ‘Jane’ from a different game.

    2. the original design doesn’t even matter much in the first place when it comes to costumes because a lot of them that aren’t swimsuits break cannon or don’t make much sense either. like bruh i’m pretty sure nicky ain’t a basket-ball player. or that aisha, annette, selene, etc aren’t an idol group, and so on. legend costumes are just those taken to the extreme where yes they can be used to show lore but it seems like its going to be more of an “anything goes” kind of thing where yeah they can just play it safe with some past/future related concepts of characters, but they can also do “what-if” scenarios and stuff.

  3. I’m still iffy on the auction house since abusing it may pay back in droves so there will be a lot of people that will try to exploit it. And honestly, even a single exploit for something like an auction house is risky. I hope for the best though.

    Also, I like the decision on balancing around content instead of heroes, but it’s hard to sell underpowered or average heroes, like when Hilda released, despite having a good story, her reception was lackluster. I hope you guys find a way around this.

    As for the time limiting costumes, I think it’s a good way to bring attention back to some good old costumes and bring value to them in the auction house system if it gets implemented well.

    1. No, limiting costumes in not a good idea. Period. I don’t care whether Vespa gets sales or not from costumes. Limiting them is out of question and I won’t accept it. If they do it, I’ll quit and kill myself.

    1. Tbf, it’s less than Limited Costume, and honestly, with costumes with this many changes, I assumed it’d be 25k like the Light Costumes. Plus they recently refunded 30K roobs iirc. What do you guys even splurge so many roobs on anyway?

  5. Yeah the 20~45k pricetag on limited costumes is very dissuading. I mean, weekly sources of rubies are typically spent on keeping up on content entries and character progression by the majority of your player base. And quite frankly, the USD$ equivalent your asking for a skin is a joke. Y’all are just greedy

  6. Lots of big promises here but how many will you fulfil?

    You made 20+ promises last year and not even half of them were fulfilled.

    It’s laughable to talk about balancing heroes when there is nothing to show for it. You’ve been choosing buff characters who are in a better position than others. For example, pre-buff Lavril was still 10 times more useful than Dimael/Zafir etc…

    Also no balance will ever be found in your game because there are heroes who are too outstanding in majority of contents or perform simply leagues above others – take Gremory and Rebel Clause for example who render many DPS irrelevant.
    Even supports like Estelle, Valance and Isaiah make other supports look like garbage. It’s hilarious how badly you want to retain your “no nerf” policy and then talk about balancing the game when you could never balance your begin with.

    A hopeful dream, but a dream nonetheless. Wake up

The reason kasel even got a super mega buff cuz a certain MEGA whale kept bi#$%ing about it. You know how dumb Rebel Clause is? it just needs to touch you to do dmg and it has ignore def. This literally makes other burst hero useless because there’s no way to react to it in time. I assume your meaning of get good is build the same comp as everyone else….thats sooooooooooo fun. Its so easy to balance BUT NOPE ve$pa too high. Let’s drop more hero that just give raw stats and boof dos. This just made certain who even more useless.

Vespa had taken the time to buff all the starting story heroes at some point being frey, cleo, and roi within the last year or so. the only ones left to get buffs were kasel and clause and they did it in time for the finale of chapter X. that’s all there was too it. can’t just blame a whale that mains them because every whale mains someone, you’re just cherry picking because you don’t like how strong kasel got. but he’s the main protag, honestly its refreshing to see the MC in a gacha game be S tier cuz usually the protag is like C-B tier at best.

  7. I hope the developers read my suggestion to add HIDE SKILL ANIMATION feature for preventing lag when playing kings raid. We know kings raid developers already implementing some feature for help player preventing lag like Damage Notifier Hide, Low graphic resolution, Off Shadder and etc , but that just not enough to decerase process load on the device to prevent lag issue.

    In my oppinion Skill Animation like Shield Animation, Buff Animation, Soul Weapon and etc. this contribute a lot to the processing load on the device so lag issue become bigger, Especially when playing with 8 hero content like Guild Conquest ,Divive Punishment Raid , Challenge raid and etc. this make increasing heat in our device in no time and causing lag.

    The animation is just to much , the animation stacking each other which make the player can’t processing the information from the animation, so they ignore it. Also increasing load to the device which cause lag. Honestly to understand the condition of buff and etc im depending on the state icon.

    Please note im not saying to REMOVE the animation from the game, the animation is important part of the game ,but ADD HIDE ANIMATION FEATURE so player can hide the animation when it needed. and I hope developers finding an efecient way to implemeting animation to make an convinience gameplay for the player in kingsraid 2.

  8. Still against auction system. People will always find ways around it to abuse it.

    Also it’s don’t trust VESPA to make this auction system bug less. It’s going to be super buggy I bet and probably the new equivalent of LOH shop bug.

    Just don’t implement it altogether.

  10. You better not give us anymore meme balance.

    Undispellable CC immunity and more than 500 free CC resist(from treasures, skills, etc.) are a mistake in Arena. It should have been 100% CC resist only so other CC heroes are viable to use like Maria. Thanks to that, Scarlet and rebel clause are dominating the arena.

    Dodge is also a joke since its hard to stack both dodge together and it has a soft cap at 500, yet ACC has no soft cap and is so easy to get. So please do something about this so assassins can be useable again in arena.

    1. Hero with cleanse will get cc resist while using cleanse as long as skill animation
      And that’s really annoying. Imagine there is a hero that can dispel, cleanse, and damage entire party in 1 skill and can stun too. And other skill can break every shield with large area damage and lifesteal. I hope this hero not real

  11. I dunno i’m still against the auction system that a nasty can worms to open and the limited costume idea’s im still against it. There might be new people/players who might not of played the game and missed out on the costume they liked but weren’t playing at the time to get it.

    That auction system will be brutal for them to go back and get the costumes they wanted and missed.

  12. Vespa, beware of the enrage mechanics, this limits some characters and compositions as well.

    In Galgoria for example, because it has a mechanic that cuts healing after a certain time, teams with a more defensive layout are not used as much, and it all comes down to “doing a lot of damage in a short time”.

    I’m not suggesting to finishing with this mechanic, just moderate it, as a newbie in the game can build the team defensively much easier and sooner than being dependent on improving weapons and treasures.

      1. +1 – Don’t nerf high-level content. It needs to be something to work towards. Otherwise, there’s no reason for a grind.

      2. What I meant is that in Galgoria the fight has to end before 1 minute and 30 seconds to the end, that’s on a stable run. (Something like that)

        So, that final minute is useless if your heroes will lose if they get to this situation.

        A defensive team that I am referring to would be, for example, using Laias, Loman and two DPS’s outside the meta, thus making use of all the time in the fight, without having to worry about having enough damage to finish before the last minute.

        This is not a nerf in my opinion.

  13. It feels like it’s somewhat forcing us under the idea to use the auction system eventually majorly just for the legendary costumes. That, and maybe some specific TM gear stuff. Plenty of people generally said no, but I guess ya have stick to it and make it “used” somehow after you made the decision, much to everyone else’s wants initially.

    Also, I know it’s an argument of “Oh, just grind up the rubies, it’s not like it’s an immediate thing to resort to having to use money.” But people, maybe Vespa at points included, forget to realize that it’s a long and arduous process to even get that many from doing corrupt potion runs on the central neighborhood and, if you have good enough loadouts, get to the high League of Victory/Honor ranks to get the rubies at the end of their Seasons.

    Long and short of it: It feels like, for plenty of people, this is quite a huge and heavy cost for things they don’t easily get access to.
    As a result, “timed sales for precious and high quality costumes” is not a common thing to afford, unless they hoard up rubies and do nothing with them outside contents that rarely use them as costs to do them again, like the God King Trials or Arena charges.
    Besides, a thing of big reason of most likely why people don’t buy plentiful amounts of costumes, is because they probably just go for and enjoy one costume and don’t feel the need to bother, maybe getting a new one you do if it’s to their enjoyment. You’re ask far too greatly to expect people to have a giant closet of costumes for heroes on the fly like that commonly.

    I know, long post, but I figure I had a lot to put down for it, so I put in all that I could.

  14. Everyone is saying no to the auction system, so why are you so adamant on implementing it?

    I am pretty sure the word “NO” has no other meaning.

    Stop forcing us to accept a system that is going to be full of flaws. It’s disgusting.

    Not sure where your optimism comes from- as if you can create a trading system without any loopholes.

    Velk and some other content really need stability, gonna wait for you to actually do something about it. It can be really annoying to deal with laggy battles when you only get one shot at it.

    Skins
    Skin imbalance has been, and probably always will be a problem. Obviously, you’d want to go for skins that sell, instead of some that barely get bought. Some heroes here see a skin maybe once a year if they are lucky. Will be interesting to see what balance you’re trying to achieve here.

    Hero Balance
    This is what i was hoping for. Diversity is important, especially with 102 heroes. I’m glad you recognize this. “Fixing the battle system” refers to the %dmg adjustment from the earlier Dev Note? Guess I’ll wait for the next Dev Note for more details.

    Auction House
    Still very much against the idea of an Action House, there is so many problems that will arise from that and you will have to test it thoroughly. Players will find a way to abuse it, and making sure they can’t is a huge effort – effort that might be better put elsewhere. You can’t half-ass this and fix it later, this will have a huge impact on the game from day one.

    12 Constellations
    High goal, hope you can achieve it. As with Hero Balance, having more ways to deal with certain things just opens up more possibilities. Would be great if SW and 12 Constellations could co-exists, but that’s easier said than done.

    Limited Sale
    Makes we wonder what data you’re looking at? we had a good 6months this year, where nothing but Swimsuits got released. I always hated them, but i can imagine others also getting sick of the same thing, slightly differently themed, over and over again. I didn’t even open the free Swimsuit skins we got so far, i refuse to – IMO they are just tasteless and don’t quite fit in the game-environment. It’s just out of place to see some dude in a speedo run at a giant Dragon.
    Are you really planning to limit all costumes with a stock count? Why? Would a limited sales period not be sufficient?

    Good, does that mean they will have reruns – or are you planning to release them once and make the AH the primary source for them after?

    2~4 star
    So they stay as Skins. Are they getting ported to the new Look, or are they staying as is?

  16. If you managed to listen to us when we said “delete Pets”, then why cant you listen to us now when we said “No to auction house”? Auction house isn’t even implemented yet, so it’s not so hard to cancel it altogether.

    This isn’t even called listening to players. It’s called NOT listening to players.

    Imagine FORCING players to accept something they are so against, then saying “we will try our best to listen to our Raiders in 2022”.

    You already broke one promise LMAO.

  17. Listen, an in-game economy being implemented *always* ruins games. This has been true in every single instance of it happening.

    There *will* be abuse.

    There *will* be disparities created you cannot fix.

    There *will* be people getting banned.

    It will literally destroy the games’ ecosystem and accessibility to new players.

    You are attempting to fix something that isn’t broken. Stop. Rethink.

    If you need cash flow, add more microtransactions and make some essential items that don’t affect balance low-cost.

    Adding auctions is literally the single worst thing you could do to KR.

  18. I don’t really get what will change if you change the gameplay instead of a rework/balance on heroes. You have to remember, old heroes has outdated skills while the new ones not only have ignore def but they have self buffs/amp incorporated on them as well. So how will you even out the playing field by just changing the gameplay??

    I would like to think that the vacant months before KR2 launch will have some balance patch preferably every month leading to kr2, I understand you are all working on KR2 but that is not an excuse to forget about balance and game stability fixes during this period. Do not give us players the speech that you are planning about it. As all of you are always giving this kind of speeches and nothing happens. I really enjoyed this game on my first year playing it, been a player for 3 years now. This year was the worst for this game. You just kept failing with how you handle things. Hoping to see a more concrete plans, not “We Plan” statements cause I don’t believe it if I don’t see changes incorporated within the game

  19. All things considered, some moves are in the right direction, or at least seem to be. However, limiting costumes by number and steep price is not what people want. We want more availability, not less.
    I don’t see what the problem is by letting costumes stay in the shop. It’s a VIRTUAL platform. They aren’t taking up space in a physical warehouse.
    Lots of us use weekly rubies to reset content, content that recently introduced steeper ruby demands. Limiting the amount, the available time and setting a high price simply means some people who want it just will not get it. I’m not sure how that translates into a satisfying experience.
    In terms of balancing; I am not confident in your efforts. Balance has been skewed to a particular group of heroes fitting a certain aesthetic. Now that we have a large pool of redundant placeholder heroes and a small select pool of “good heroes” in game, there is talk about not releasing OP heroes again. I am led to believe this talk is a way to pacify the issue after purposely creating a desired balance you intended. You cannot balance the hero pool unless you actually balance it. Simple concept right?
    I hope you continue to take our thoughts and feedback into consideration.

  20. It’s amazing how you want to implement this dogshet plan of an “Auction House” so badly. It’s going to kill this game for sure.

    1. Unfortunately, the game has progressed for a long time with this unbalanced culture. It has attracted a large portion of players who are into that type of thing. So the idea of “Gremory Raid” may not even be a Vespa thing alone. This stems from the narrow culture of the community. Who needs diversity as long people can use the little girl who opens her legs for the camera’s PoV?

      1. Who the heck would suggest rc for everything lol when you have Kasel and Erze who can do more damage. Heck RC struggles to CR, but a weaker Kasel can do it easily.

    2. You are too biased, their are many others who can do great in every single content in the game
      take Kasel for example, he can top every pve content literately and still a very strong pvp hero (at least S+ class pvp)
      in the other hand Gremory is garbage in pvp, so are you not very biased?

  24. Having more variety of costume lines and adding more different modes of purchasing them is great, but please leave the existing system of regular old costumes unchanged. I know i’ll make 3000 rubies at the end of the week and use them to buy the new Annette suit, which will constantly be sold at a fixed price and in unlimited quantities, and i like it. I don’t want to feel stressed and worry that i will not be able to buy the limited number of skins, or that my auction bid won’t win and in the end i won’t get it. I have seen games where costumes are limited and have value, and in these games only whales can afford to make their team look the way they want, and have more than a few hard-won skins per account, i really would not want to see this in King’s raid… Just leave the existing system, and add several new ones exclusive lines in parallel with it.

  25. And one more thing… a combat system that will balance the heroes, instead of individual buffs for each, what ?? I wish could see a combat system that can equalize Dimael and Gremory, or make Juno as useful as Valance, kek… Deciding not to release more broken OP heroes is a great decision, but what to do with those already released if you with tenacity, worthy of a better application, don’t want to bring back nerf politics?

  26. I don’t understand why nerfing the op heroes is such a terrifying thing. If someone decides to join in and use broken heroes then they should expect the game to be balanced and their heroes brought to a normal level. In a similar way, people that choose who they want even if they are clearly not as good should expect their heroes to be given more use in the game. There are clearly characters that are underpowered overpowered and somewhere in between for different content. Nerfing is a part of balancing games just as much as buffing is and KR needs it more than ever now.

    1. I wonder if Auction House is really worth the trouble it takes to make it hard to abuse. It doesn’t seem all that appealing and still somewhat risky but if it’s that important to you then so be it.
    2. I’ve got to say, some balance changes were disappinting. Compare someone like May, a WorldBoss slave to a recently released NPC hero, Valance, who’s so freaking strong in multiple contents. I wish May, and others like Cleo and Roi, were buffed a bit more. Perhaps Give May cleanse on s2 like Gau? Remove all the buffs to compensate ofc.
    3. Legendary skins are unnecessary. We’d rather you focused on improving gameplay experience- allow us to grind artifacts even if for as little as 50 fragments, introduce Grind/Sell buttons to Technomagic Identification window, triple amount of friendship from presents(it takes almost a month to get 1 UW of an NPC), double amount of fragments we get from Tower of Challenge and dobule amount of time it takes to charge(so we don’t have to do it as much/ make it less time-consuming).

    Lastly, Legenadry skin feel so… redundant. Jane has many so much better looking skins at cheaper price, Maria looks like she stole clothes from Isaiah and Lucikiel… please don’t do genderbent skins. Make skins related lore or sth more creative. It looks like it’ll just abuse the system and make only guys gendrbent into girls. Even if somehow the numbers were even for both genders, I’d rather see more skins like the ones we get from LoH.

    Therefore, Vespa, please consider making available these skins instead. It’s for some players to reach high enough rank in pvp but I know I’d happily pay even 15k rubies to get some of the past skins instead of the “legendary’ ones.

    I hope to see more QoL changes in the future These are the ones that make players the happiest.

      Vespa needs money to continue running the game and pay their employees so they can keep fixing and updating the game and they aren’t doing well at all since they started releasing the p2p artifacts in the king’s pass their stocks kept dropping everyday, hopefully it’ll go up again with KR2 release…

      how are they going to make money? those cosmetics that doesn’t affect battles between f2p and p2p are the best choice otherwise if they add more p2p artifacts or gears f2p would eventually lose interest in the game and they’ll finally leave
      once they start leaving even p2p will feel the game is dead and they will leave as well later,
      they were even generous enough to make those costumes available for rubies so even f2p can have access to them,
      there are some very successful examples for games that get all of their earnings through cosmetics and have 0 p2p stuff that affect the rankings between f2p and p2p
      so even if they released exclusive p2p costumes and cosmetics in the future wouldn’t that be good, as long as they succeed in making their money through cosmetics won’t that be better than ruining the game with p2p stuff that affects battles and scores?

        The rest of your comment is is redundant. You don’t address anything I said. Prioritizing cosmetics over QoL changes that improve quality of gameplay experience doesn’t benefit anyone in the long run. In fact, that’d easily turn people away losing more players in the process.

        You’re overally very naive. You think no company tried getting its players with cheap fanservice(skins)? They did and they failed spectacularly with their games getting shut down.

        Legendary skins are a waste of time. There’s so much to improve to make the game more enjoyable. And guess what, the more enjoyable a game is the more people play it and stay for longer. Some of them pay monthly subscribtions. That’s way more profitable than some lousy Legendary skin which doesn’t fix anything.

  29. I don’t know what you’re gonna do about the auction and costumes, but please fix the pvp arena. I’m stuck at Diamond in LOV and Gold in LOH even though I play everyday. I only take breaks occassionally, like 1-2 times per week but other than that I try to do pvp at least 5 battles a day. And I use meta teams only so my heroes couldn’t be the problem. Pls fix the ranking, I want to be in Masters in LOV and at least Diamond in LOH. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m tired of everything.
