Greetings Raiders,

This is GM Gremory.

We’re here to inform you about the issues that have been encountered within the game after the maintenance.

Please check the details below for more information.


[Known Issues]

An issue where the ‘Preferred’ state of the Heroes are removed when receiving the first rewards of the Super Pass (Occurs when the Hero provided through the Super Pass is set as ‘Preferred’).

An issue where the rewards of ‘Day 6’ from the event [New Year’s Event! – Let’s Read Your New Year’s Fortune!] can be received before January 1st (Sat).

– Please note that you will not have problems at all if you receive the rewards before January 1st (Sat).

An issue where abnormal crashes occur when updating the device to Android OS 12.

[Fixed Issues]

An issue where items could not be received when making purchases through the Galaxy Store (error pop-up shows up)

:: This issue may be occurring due to the migration process of the Galaxy Store. As soon as the issue is fixed, we will be announcing it through our community pages.

:: For players who have not received your items after the purchasing them, please send us your inquiry to our Customer center (cs_en@vespainc.oqupie.com)

An issue where some of the Rewards from [King’s Pass 7] were shown with different rewards after the maintenance.

– Lv. 3, 4, 15, 20 Premium Rewards & Lv. 14 Free Rewards were shown incorrectly in the game.

※ For Raiders who have obtained incorrect Premium Rewards from the King’s Pass, please contact us through our Customer Center e-mail address [cs_en@vespainc.oqupie.com] with the details of the items you’re missing. We will do our best to help you out to distribute the correct rewards (and collect back the incorrect rewards) to your account. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

An issue where the icon of the item ‘Christmas Santa’s Weapon Package’ was shown as ‘NPC Unique Weapon’.

An issue where the incorrect icon was applied to the item ‘2022 Daily Gift’.

An issue where the product ‘Welcome Back! 7-Day Roll Book’ could not be purchased.

An issue where the beard of Nyx from the Costume ‘Winter Summoner Nyx’ was shown differently than the actual illustration.

An issue where the skill name/icons/description does not change according to the concept when trying out the Legend Costumes through [See Motions].

  3. Don’t spending money on the game and i hope every other player feels the same way, After sending out a developer blog telling the players they’ll improve, etc. They decide to change the rewards on the battle pass, and label it as “an issue”.

    Come on Vespa. This wasn’t a visual error. Some guy the the Kings Raid discord actually collected Day 15 rewards and you gave him a UW instead of clovers. I really can’t trust you anymore every time you say you will improve. Not only did you try to ninja your PAYING players out of clovers, you didn’t even apologize. Instead, you try to play it off as a visual issue when it clearly isn’t. Please own up to your own mistakes!

  5. Fix the damn game.
    My phone overheats like crazy since this update.
    Literally unplayable.

    1. Same here. I thought it was only Orvel that was lagging, but even in other areas animations are not smooth/stuttering.

  6. also fix the damn APK client. game’s almost unplayable at this rate due to the constant crashes.

    login? crashes due to the pop-up event and promo webpage.
    chatting in-game? also crashes.
    playing Challenge Raid? also crashes.
    queueing for PVP? also crashes.
    idle and doing nothing? also crashes.

    what the heck.

  7. APK crashes on world boss, idling, doing anything that requires any processing. FIX

  8. I’m playing on a Samsung Galaxy S21 and everytime the game updates it is unplayable. I haven’t been able to login for weeks now. It just crashes on the first loading screen after pressing login. I’ve reinstalled several times, and cleared the cache and restarted as per the help feedback and nothing works. I really enjoyed the game but I’m sorry to say I’m just going to delete it and forget it at this point because it’s a waste of space. I have over 4GB of memory avaliable and over 80GB storage there should be no issues.
