– Handling: Record and manage any details with regards to the image information such as usage outside of the original purpose, provision to a third party, disposal and viewing as well as permanently deleting(in the case of printouts shred or incinerate) in a way that is irrecoverable once the preservation period has expired.

– How: Visit the premises after contacting the Image Information Chief Protection Manager
– Where: JM Building 9F, KIMA Building B1F, Magic Kingdom Building server room of each floor

4. Inquiries and Claims

– You may request that your membership be withdrawn should you disagree to the revision of the Policies. (However, please note that you will no longer be able to play or access KING’s RAID if you do so.)

– We will be considered to have given your implicit consent to the policy revisions if you do not express your explicit disagreement before the revised policies take effect on April 19th (Tue) 2022.
